Towards New Worlds Digital was a configuration of the exhibition Towards New Worlds, first presented at Middlesbrough Institute of Modern art (MIMA) from 19 July 2024 – 16 February 2025.

Forming the pilot project for Disability Arts Online’s new digital gallery space, dis_place, the work of thirteen artists from the original Towards New Worlds exhibition at MIMA was reformatted for a digital context, which ran from 21 May – 19 December 2025.

Exhibiting artists: Richard Butchins, Leah Clements, Joanne Coates, Małgorzata Dawidek, Jade de Montserrat, Colin Hambrook, Molly Martin, Louise McLachlan, Aaron McPeake, Sam Metz, Carrie Ravenscroft, Christopher Samuel, Jenni-Juulia Wallinheimo-Heimonen.
