In Session FKA GRADJOB, was a 7-month alternative professional development programme supporting early-career practitioners across Scotland.
The programme focuses on sustaining creative practice, navigating contemporary art structures, and fostering peer to peer networks. Over seven weekend sessions - delivered in-person across Scotland and online - Co-contributors engaged in workshops, mentorship, and collaborative projects designed to explore and challenge the conditions shaping emerging artists today.
In Session encourages critical reflection, experimentation, and collective action rather than producing final works, and provides a space for artists to adapt, strategise, and imagine alternatives to existing structures.
Participation contributed to discussions on accessibility, sustainability, and equity within the arts, building both her own practice and the broader support network of early-career artists across Scotland.
With great thanks to Co-contributors, founders Quinn Garrison and Rachael Simpson, and all workshop leaders,
